Welcome to RATTAC!

RATTAC is a the premier education center for the AR15. Our goal here is to train owners, operators and more in the real facts behind the AR15, its use and safe operations. With well more than a million AR15’s in circulation today, it is important top us that America’s Rifle, is understood by Americans in a practical way. Let’s strip back the myths and the hype about the AR15 and using a solid practical foundation, become safe and responsible AR15 owners so that we can pass this right on to the next generation.

RATTAC curriculum includes:

  1. AR15 Owner’s Course 101: Basic
  2. AR15 Advanced Owner/Basic Armorer’s Course 201: Mid-level
  3. AR15 Armorer’s Course 301: Advanced
  4. Hunting with the AR15: 250

SHOT SHow 2012

The firearms industry’s biggest show is this coming week in Las Vegas. Growing to proportions that only 2 or 3 venues in the nation can house this event, the Shooting Hunting and Outdoor Trade Exposition rivals such shows as the Consumer Electronics show in size and scope, as well as attendance.

This year’s event (as well as the last two and next two events) will be held at the Las Vegas Sands Convention Center centrally located one block off the strip in downtown Las Vegas. Inexpensive airfare and accommodations, as well as unrivaled entertainment opportunities make this a big attraction. RATTAC officers will be at the show this year, but not as vendors. We will be there to help other vendors that we have partnered with as well as to show off our threaded pistol barrels and try to get some distributors on board in carrying the product.

We’ll be reporting as the event goes on, so keep in touch.

Product Review

For history’s sake, here’s a review on a product we once manufactured. RATTAC is no longer manufacturing pistol barrels. Thanks to all of our customers who made us so well known.

Hey folks, take a moment to watch this excellently done review of a RATTAC Glock 19 barrel fitted with an AAC suppressor. The review is performed by the Military Arms Chanel on YouTube.
